Nasza plac\u00f3wka otrzyma\u0142a Grant na rozbudow\u0119 systemu gabinetowego oraz zakup sprz\u0119tu teleinformatycznego, kt\u00f3re umo\u017cliwiaj\u0105 tworzenie i udost\u0119pnianie elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej (EDM) oraz \u015bwiadczenia e-us\u0142ug.<\/p>\n

Projekt jest finansowany przez Uni\u0119 Europejsk\u0105 w ramach pakietu REACT-EU, wspieraj\u0105cego przeciwdzia\u0142anie skutkom pandemii COVID-19.<\/p>\n

Realizatorem projektu jest Ministerstwo Zdrowia, a jego warto\u015b\u0107 wynosi 99 589 028,57 z\u0142.
Celem projektu jest wsparcie cyfryzacji plac\u00f3wek POZ w zakresie \u015bwiadczenia e-us\u0142ug, integracji z systemem e-zdrowia oraz usprawnienie udzielania \u015bwiadcze\u0144.<\/p>\n

Dlatego te\u017c stworzone zosta\u0142o proste narz\u0119dzie do zg\u0142aszania wszelkich nieprawid\u0142owo\u015bci dotycz\u0105cych projekt\u00f3w finansowanych ze \u015brodk\u00f3w pochodz\u0105cych z Programu Infrastruktura i \u015arodowisko.
Przekazywane sygna\u0142y o nieprawid\u0142owo\u015bciach pozwol\u0105 na wprowadzenie odpowiednich \u015brodk\u00f3w zaradczych oraz przyczyni\u0105 si\u0119 do zapewnienia najwy\u017cszych standard\u00f3w realizacji projekt\u00f3w.
